Happy Heads Rugeley
You are invited to a free wellbeing event for body, mind and spirit on Saturday 28th September at Rugeley Community Centre. The day will run from 11am – 4:30pm and will include recovery stories, creative art, relaxation treatments, words of encouragement and much more!
Happy Heads Rugeley is an event for adults and is centred around promoting positive mental health recovery. It is open to anybody who has suffered from or is currently suffering with mental health problems but it is also open to carers and those who want to be educated from a Christian perspective on how to prevent and overcome poor mental health and instead develop and maintain brilliant mental health.
The aim of Happy Heads is to empower, encourage and educate people by celebrating their creative gifts and strengths rather than being limited by labels or diagnoses.
Lunch isn’t provided but there are lots of local food outlets at which you can get lunch, or you can bring your own. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
